By accessing HexaColor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Permitted Use & Commercial License

All color codes, palettes, CSS code blocks, and gradients generated using HexaColor are 100% royalty-free and can be used for both personal and commercial projects without attribution requirements.

3. Limitation of Liability

HexaColor tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for absolute mathematical precision, HexaColor is not liable for commercial color printing variances resulting from physical press calibration differences.

4. Modifications to Service

HexaColor reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue features in future releases as part of our platform roadmap.
